General Meeting of Condominium Owners

The annual meeting of unit owners, called by the building manager (síndico), which approves the condominium’s budget items for expenses and whose decisions bind everyone, with votes weighted by each unit’s ideal fraction (fração ideal, the unit’s proportional share of the common areas and land).
