INSS Benefit Cap Rises to R$ 8.475,55 With 3.9% Adjustment
Social security benefits paid by INSS (Brazil’s National Social Security Institute) in amounts above the minimum wage were adjusted by 3.90% effective January 1, 2026. The adjustment was set by Interministerial Ordinance MPS/MF No. 13, published on January 9.
