The SAC (Serviço de Atendimento ao Consumidor, or Customer Service Line) is the channel that companies providing regulated services must maintain to receive questions, complaints, cancellations, and requests from the consumer. It must be free of charge, accessible, and available without requiring the purchase of another product or improperly bouncing the problem from one department to another. The service must log your request with a protocol number and respond within a reasonable time, so that you can track the status of your request.
